Lots of food at the satisfactory breakfast.

The place was overall clean and staff was excellent and amicable. The rooms were impressive and modern with smoke detectors for our safety. Btw, it was overlooking garden. No complains at all, the hotel met needs well.

Overall clean, great value hotel, the location was great adjacent to the shopping plaza, the biggest malls, and the park. The room we had included a flat-screen TV, a safe, and coffee/tea makers. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with down pillows. This property met needs well in every way, recommend.

Modern, clean hotel with great amenities. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. The pool was a great bonus for relaxation. The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas.

One area that could use improvement is check-in. There was only one receptionist on duty, which caused delays for tired guests.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Villahermosa during our road trip. The hotel was a great value with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. We were pleased to find that they had expanded their room service options, which was a bonus. Additionally, the hotel's location was conveniently close to some of the area's biggest malls, along with a variety of nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

The staff is attentive and the service is great. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including hot items and fresh fruit. The hotel also has amenities such as a pool and a business center.

The sound insulation in the rooms is poor, allowing noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor to be easily heard.
